Brisbane Airport will add Queensland’s largest electric go-kart circuit to its Skygate precinct when a new Game Over entertainment venue opens in 2027. The 3,600-square-metre facility will combine indoor karting with bowling, arcade games, interactive attractions and dining.
The project gives travellers and local visitors another reason to visit Skygate beyond shopping or catching a flight. It also extends Brisbane Airport’s efforts to develop the precinct as an entertainment and lifestyle destination for South East Queensland.
The multi-level raceway will anchor the venue, with a fleet of electric karts catering to guests from four years old. Game Over also plans spaces for birthday parties, corporate events and group functions, widening its appeal beyond individual visits.
Electric Karting Leads the New Venue
The go-kart circuit will be the centrepiece of Game Over’s Skygate location. Its indoor setting will give families and groups a racing option throughout the year, while the multi-level design will distinguish it from a conventional single-level track.
Visitors will also be able to use an eight-lane ten-pin bowling alley and explore arcade games and interactive attractions. Bringing several activities together gives groups flexibility when planning a visit. Some guests may come for racing, while others may choose bowling or games.
