Talabat and Zest Nest Culinary have joined forces to launch two delivery-first food brands for customers across Dubai.
Red Wings will debut first through Talabat, initially serving Business Bay and Rashidiya. Nawab Biryani House will follow by the end of September.
Both brands will remain exclusive to the Talabat platform. Customers can explore separate menus designed around each concept’s individual culinary identity.
The partnership marks the first commercial step in Zest Nest Culinary’s plan to build several food concepts across the UAE and GCC.
Dubai will serve as the venture’s initial commercial hub. The company will first establish Red Wings and Nawab Biryani House before exploring wider regional growth.
The launch reflects the changing nature of Dubai’s dining sector. Delivery platforms now provide an important route for testing new concepts and reaching customers across different neighbourhoods.
Two Brands Target Different Tastes
Although both brands operate within the Zest Nest Culinary portfolio, they will maintain distinct menus and customer experiences.
Red Wings will lead the rollout with delivery coverage in Business Bay and Rashidiya. These two areas provide access to different residential, commercial and visitor markets.
Nawab Biryani House will enter Talabat’s Dubai marketplace later in September. Its launch will add another focused concept to the partnership’s delivery-first strategy.
The companies have not announced complete menus or final expansion locations. However, each brand will receive dedicated positioning rather than appearing as part of one combined restaurant listing.
This structure allows Zest Nest Culinary to measure customer interest separately. It can also develop each brand around specific flavours, menu formats and market opportunities.
Talabat provides the venture with an established digital route to customers. Its technology connects users, restaurant partners and delivery riders across the ordering process.
For diners, the arrangement offers direct access to both brands through a familiar platform. For Zest Nest Culinary, it provides operational data that can guide future growth decisions.
Culinary and Business Expertise Combine
Chef Ishijyot Surri and entrepreneur Sameer Musale lead Zest Nest Culinary through complementary roles.
Surri will oversee culinary development, brand creation and customer experience across the growing platform. His responsibilities will help each concept maintain a distinctive identity.
His hospitality portfolio includes Mulk, an old-world North Indian dining concept. It also covers Turkish street-food restaurant MiniyaTurk and Italian diner and café Pachinco.
Surri additionally operates SJI Gourmet, a premium catering business. This experience across restaurants, catering and concept development will support the new delivery brands.
Musale will lead strategic growth, investment planning and organisational development. His work will focus on building operational systems that individual brands can use while preserving their separate positioning.
Together, the founders aim to create a UAE-born food and beverage platform combining culinary creativity with scalable business structures.
This combination is particularly important for delivery-first operations. Strong food concepts must work alongside packaging, preparation speed, fulfilment systems and consistent quality.
Dubai Becomes First Growth Market
Dubai offers a strategic starting point because of its diverse population and international visitor economy.
Residents and travellers can access cuisines representing cultures from across the world. This creates opportunities for specialised concepts alongside established restaurant brands.
Delivery also plays an important role in the city’s hospitality ecosystem. Visitors staying in hotels or serviced apartments increasingly use digital platforms to discover convenient dining options.
Business travellers and residents can also access restaurant-style meals without visiting physical dining rooms.
Zest Nest Culinary plans to build a connected ecosystem covering restaurants, quick-service concepts and cloud kitchens. Future activity could also extend into packaged products and food manufacturing.
This diversified structure could help the company serve customers through several channels. It may also provide stronger foundations for expansion beyond individual restaurant locations.
However, the immediate focus remains on building Red Wings and Nawab Biryani House within Dubai.
Partnership Supports Measured Expansion
Musale said the Talabat partnership creates a strong digital route to market for the venture’s first concepts.
The platform will allow Zest Nest Culinary to launch each brand in a structured manner and understand customer responses.
This approach can help the company evaluate ordering patterns, popular dishes and demand across service areas before expanding.
Musale also connected the wider vision with creating a food-security ecosystem across the UAE and GCC.
Zest Nest Culinary intends to pursue growth gradually after establishing its first two brands. Future expansion may include additional UAE locations and opportunities across neighbouring Gulf markets.
The company has not announced a detailed timetable for that next stage.
Ras Al Khaimah Adds Regional Foundation
In a related development, Maison Management has established its regional headquarters through Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone.
Chef Surri founded the business in collaboration with Musale. The headquarters will support the company’s wider UAE expansion strategy and future organisational development.
Ras Al Khaimah provides another operational base while Dubai leads the initial commercial rollout.
This two-emirate presence could support future brand development, investment planning and wider market access.
Delivery-First Dining Gains Momentum
The launch demonstrates how hospitality businesses can introduce focused food concepts without depending entirely on traditional dining rooms.
Exclusive digital availability gives Talabat a central role in discovery, ordering and fulfilment. It also allows both brands to reach customers through one established marketplace.
For Dubai’s food lovers, Red Wings and Nawab Biryani House add new choices to an already diverse delivery landscape.
For Zest Nest Culinary, they represent the beginning of a broader portfolio built around technology, creativity and structured regional growth.
The partnership could eventually extend its influence beyond delivery. For now, Dubai customers will provide the first test of its long-term UAE and GCC ambitions.
