Emirates is giving eligible travellers complimentary Dubai attraction passes worth AED 535 when they book return flights to the city this autumn. The offer combines a waterpark visit, an aquarium experience and a sightseeing bus tour, giving visitors more ways to explore Dubai during the winter travel season.
Customers must book and pay for an eligible Emirates-operated return flight between 21 September and 11 October 2026. Their inbound journey to Dubai must take place between 24 September and 13 December 2026. The attraction offer covers eligible passengers across cabin classes, subject to its booking conditions.
The promotion adds destination experiences to the flight purchase at a time when Dubai draws visitors seeking outdoor activities, entertainment and shopping. It also gives travellers a reason to plan beyond their accommodation and discover several parts of the city.
What the Complimentary Passes Include
The package provides entry to Aquaventure Waterpark and Lost World Aquarium at Atlantis, along with a standard 24-hour City Sightseeing Dubai bus ticket. The bus allows passengers to get on and off along its route as they explore the city.
Together, the experiences offer different ways to spend a Dubai stay. Visitors can devote time to the waterpark and aquarium, then use the bus to connect sightseeing stops without planning a separate tour for each area.
The attraction codes remain valid through 17 December 2026. Waterpark and aquarium admission can be used on the same day or across two consecutive days, beginning with the first visit. Travellers should check the redemption requirements before setting their itinerary.
The offer applies to new eligible return bookings and cannot be added retrospectively to an existing ticket. One-way journeys and certain ticket types do not qualify. Passengers booking through an Emirates contact centre, ticket office or participating travel agent must request their access codes at least 96 hours before arriving in Dubai.
Added Value Beyond the Main Attractions
Visitors can extend their savings through My Emirates Pass, which offers discounts at participating businesses across the UAE. Travellers present their Emirates boarding pass and valid identification to access applicable offers.
Participating categories include dining, retail, leisure and wellness. For tourists, the programme can make everyday spending part of the wider travel benefit, whether they plan a restaurant visit, shop or book another activity.
Emirates also offers its Dubai Experience platform for travellers who want to arrange more of their trip in advance. The platform brings together accommodation, attractions, tours and other activities, helping visitors build plans around their interests and available time.
These options may help travellers spread their spending across Dubai’s hospitality and leisure businesses. The complimentary passes introduce major attractions, while other offers create opportunities to explore additional venues during the same visit.
Flexible Bookings Support Winter Travel Plans
Emirates is pairing the destination offer with booking options for customers travelling to Dubai. Eligible tickets issued from 10 August 2026 allow unlimited date changes without a change fee, although a fare difference may apply.
Customers can also hold an available fare for 24 hours without paying while they finalise their plans. Reduced refund fees apply to specified fares, giving passengers another option if they can no longer travel as expected.
Those benefits may matter to international visitors coordinating leave, accommodation and activities around a flight. Travellers should review the conditions attached to their fare before changing or cancelling a booking.
In 27 countries, customers can purchase Emirates’ Comprehensive Travel Cover when booking or add it later through Manage Your Booking. The optional product includes protection for trip cancellation, baggage problems, medical expenses and emergency evacuation, subject to its terms.
Skywards Members Can Use Dubai Rewards
Emirates Skywards members have further ways to use the city’s travel and retail network. Members can earn or redeem miles with participating partners, while eligible passengers can access onboard Wi-Fi according to their membership benefits.
Options for spending miles include selected services and outlets such as Dubai Duty Free and marhaba Airport Meet & Greet. Participating shopping and dining partners provide more opportunities for members to connect flight rewards with activities during their stay.
The winter campaign brings these separate benefits into a broader visitor journey. Flights provide access to Dubai, complimentary passes cover three experiences, and discounts and rewards can support further exploration.
For Dubai’s tourism sector, the offer could encourage eligible arrivals to visit attractions soon after landing and discover more during their stay. For travellers, its value lies in the combination of included activities and the flexibility to shape the rest of the trip around them.
