STAAH Access Evo Launch Brings Powerful AI Tools to Hotels Across Asia-Pacific

STAAH has introduced Access Evo to STAAH Max customers, marking a major step in the use of artificial intelligence across hotel operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

The AI-enabled platform began rolling out across APAC from August 2026. It is designed to help accommodation providers access business information faster, simplify routine processes and reduce the time employees spend navigating multiple systems.

STAAH, an Access company, provides hospitality technology to more than 30,000 properties across 90 countries. The launch therefore gives a broad network of hotels, resorts and other accommodation businesses access to a new layer of intelligent operational support.

Importantly, Access Evo does not replace STAAH Max. Existing solutions, including the Channel Manager, Booking Engine and ReviewMinder, remain available. Instead, Evo brings information and functions together through a more unified digital environment.

AI Copilot delivers faster hotel performance insights

One of the platform’s most significant features is its AI-powered Copilot.

Hotel teams can ask questions using natural language rather than searching manually through separate reports and dashboards. The system is designed to provide insights relating to reservations, revenue, occupancy, forecasts and distribution performance.

This can be especially valuable for hotel managers who need quick answers during fast-moving operational periods.

By reducing the need to interpret complex reporting structures, the technology could make hotel data more accessible across different departments. Revenue teams, general managers and operational staff can use insights faster while concentrating on decisions that directly affect performance.

The wider tourism industry is increasingly adopting artificial intelligence to improve forecasting, distribution, pricing and guest engagement. Access Evo places STAAH customers within that broader digital transformation.

Single Sign-On simplifies hospitality technology

Access Evo also introduces a unified Single Sign-On experience.

Users can access multiple Access solutions through one secure login rather than maintaining different credentials for separate systems. Personalised access can also reflect individual responsibilities, helping staff find the tools most relevant to their roles.

For accommodation businesses operating with small teams, reducing administrative complexity can have a direct operational benefit.

Hotels often rely on numerous technology platforms covering reservations, distribution, payments, guest communications and reputation management. Bringing these functions closer together can reduce system switching and allow employees to respond more efficiently.

AI review responses support hotel reputation management

Guest reviews remain an important influence on accommodation choice, particularly as international travellers compare hotels across digital booking channels.

Access Evo includes an AI Review Response capability designed to assist properties in responding to guest feedback.

The technology can generate suitable responses while maintaining a consistent tone aligned with the property’s brand. This reduces the manual effort required to manage large volumes of reviews while allowing teams to maintain regular engagement with guests.

Faster responses may also help hotels identify recurring service issues and improve their relationship with travellers after departure.

For hospitality businesses, online reputation has become closely connected with revenue opportunities, booking conversion and guest confidence.

Real-time feed brings important hotel activity together

Another feature is Evo’s Feed, which provides centralised updates covering areas such as reservations, reviews, payments and operational activity.

Rather than checking several systems independently, hotel teams can see important developments within one environment.

Real-time notifications can help employees identify issues sooner, prioritise urgent tasks and react more quickly to changes affecting guests.

This becomes particularly valuable during high-occupancy periods when reservation changes, payment issues and traveller requests can occur simultaneously.

Mobile tools allow hotel teams to stay connected

Access Evo Mobile further extends the platform beyond traditional desktop operations.

Hospitality professionals can monitor updates, booking activity and operational alerts through mobile devices while moving around a property or working remotely.

The capability reflects the increasingly mobile nature of hotel management. General managers and department heads frequently need information while interacting with guests, inspecting facilities or coordinating teams.

Mobile access can therefore shorten response times and improve communication throughout hotel operations.

Technology aims to return more time to guests

Louise Daley, Head of Hospitality APAC at The Access Group, said Access Evo is intended to give hoteliers back time normally spent searching through systems and reports.

She also indicated that the current launch represents only the beginning of Evo’s development for hospitality teams across the region and internationally.

Future development is expected to move beyond providing insights toward supporting more automated actions. Areas such as distribution, pricing strategy and reputation management could increasingly benefit from streamlined decision-making.

For hotels, the wider objective is straightforward: spend less time managing technology and more time improving the guest experience.

As tourism demand grows across Asia-Pacific, hospitality businesses face increasing pressure to improve productivity while maintaining personalised service. STAAH Access Evo addresses that challenge by combining AI assistance, real-time information, simplified access and mobile connectivity.

The launch signals another step toward a hotel technology environment where intelligent systems work quietly in the background, allowing hospitality professionals to concentrate on travellers, service quality and sustainable business growth.
